Chevrolet 2021 Trailblazer – the nameplate reimagined
After a 12-year hiatus, the Chevrolet Trailblazer makes a comeback. And quite a spectacular one at that.
What makes the new Trailblazer so good?
Starting with a blank canvas, the design team was able to integrate the brand-new Trailblazer straight into Chevrolet's design language. The car's sharp exterior lines combine well with the Camaro-inspired nose to make for a very sporty-looking small crossover.
The standard powertrain is a tried-and-true 1.2-liter I3 complete with a continuously variable transmission. It will produce 137 horsepower and 162 pound-feet of torque.
The available upgrade is a 1.3-liter I3 that can be fitted with either a CVT or a nine-speed automatic that will churn out 155 horsepower and a whopping 174 pound-feet of torque.
In either rendition, the Trailblazer feels alive, it darts in and out of traffic and won’t feel sluggish for a second.
For such a low price tag, the 2021 Trailblazer comes with tons of standard features.
First is the standard 7.0-inch color touch that can be upgraded to 8.0-inches. From it, you can control Chevrolet's newest, highly responsive infotainment system that allows two Bluetooth devices to connect to it simultaneously. Then come the connectivity features like Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, a 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot, and Bluetooth. There're also USB-C and USB-A ports available upfront plus quite a few safety features.
Very affordable optional packages that keep the Trailblazer’s price down even on higher trims and with added features.
Visit us and see why we consider the Trailblazer one of the best Chevrolet cars ever designed in terms of cost versus value. Our dedicated sales team will be delighted to present the car to you and we can even arrange for a test drive.
Three things.
Dashing, very modern looks
Starting with a blank canvas, the design team was able to integrate the brand-new Trailblazer straight into Chevrolet's design language. The car's sharp exterior lines combine well with the Camaro-inspired nose to make for a very sporty-looking small crossover.
Two main design features dominate Trailblazer’s exterior, it’s huge front grille and the contrasting roof that creates an optical illusion making it look like it’s floating above the car.
A great decision was made about the Trailblazer’s size. Large enough to ensure passengers are comfortable but small enough to make it ideal for city dwellers that need to go in and out of traffic plus park it easily.
Behind the second row, there are 25.3 cubic feet of cargo space and if you fold that down, the Trailblazer will offer an impressive 54.4 cubic feet of cargo space behind the first row of seats.
More than enough power
The engine choices are fuel-friendly yet still powerful enough to make the Trailblazer nimble when you need it to sprint.
