Very pleasant service staff. Kiley communicates in a professional and friendly manner and answers any questions and knowledgeable. Adam, my mechanic who is very good knows I like to stick with one mechanic as if I were going to a local garage. Leroy who provides ride service to and from my job is courteous and on time. I would recommend this dealership to others.
This experience was not the usual quality I am used to from O'Neil's. I had brought my vehicle in for required oil change, tire rotation, safety inspection...We were asked about running it through the car wash, we said yes please. To make a long story short, the vehicle was not washed and there was no mention of a tire rotation In the paperwork. Strangely enough, we ended up leasing a 2018 Silverado while we waited for the regular oil service. It seemed odd to be commiting to spend thousands of dollars on a brand new vehicle...when a regular service visit seemed to not live up to past experiences.
I am extreamely happy with O'Neill's, from my original purchase and espcially to the service department. I have dealt with various dealerships in the Hartford Ct. area since my first new car purchase in 1971. While the sales personnel have for the most part been good, the biggest downfall in my opinion has been the service departments. My experience with the service personnel at O'Neill's has been the best in, by a long shot. They have excellent customer service skills, listen to the customer, are polite, go out of their way to resolve any issues I have had. Even in the waiting area, the service writers meet with the customer and explain the work that was done. Very impressed.
Our dealership had sent us a coupon to get a certain percentage off of our next maintenance! How nice... The mailing also reminded us that it was time for our next visit! We were able to get an appointment quickly. They took the car in and it was finished
Excellent service. Found the problem and fixed it immediately. I also had concerns about my transmission shift feel, I asked for reset. They found no issue during road test but they did the extra mile reset the transmission. It has been shifting great since.
We had a wonderful experience with Charley and everyone we dealt with. He was helpful, professional and we appreciate his working with us and explaining the process. We definitely would recommend him and the dealership.
