The young lady in the service dept., Michelle, restored my faith in O'Neill's Chevrolet. She was friendly, reassuring, efficient and professional. A male service employee had previously told me that the rear wiper arm wasn't under warranty, although it was defective when I purchased the car just a few months prior. I was pleased that Michelle made things right for me.

Every thing went well except for an possible software glitch that was probably caused by the reset of the oil change warning when the oil was changed. The oil cooling was running when the engine was turned off. Finally, cooling stopped and there were no more incidents during vehicle driven operations.
