Walked in after being turned down by Toyota--they couldn't get me the model I wanted at a price I could afford--, had no idea of Chevy's lineup, drove a couple of cars and really liked the Volt. The salesperson, Charlie, was low key, no pressure. We looked at a couple of available options. He could get me the car I wanted at a price I could afford. He let me take it home for a long test drive, I loved it, and filled out the paperwork and it was a done deal. We already recommended the dealership to a friend.

Overall a good experience. Staff was straightforward and easy to deal with. Car was delivered in near perfect condition. Floor mats were missing which I thought was odd. The dealership is rectifying that and has ordered replacement floor mats.

I brought my truck in because it had a irritating rattle. They replaced the ball joints and struts but the rattle is still there. They also replace a window switch, that went fine. My confidence is low.

Jose in the service department is always friendly, helpful and timely. He even helped me get in for my appointment earlier than scheduled. Everyone in the service department is professional and knowledgeable. The waiting are is clean and comfortable, too.
