Excellent service. Found the problem and fixed it immediately. I also had concerns about my transmission shift feel, I asked for reset. They found no issue during road test but they did the extra mile reset the transmission. It has been shifting great since.

best service and communication with a service dept i have ever received with shop or chevy dealership. i brought my 2015 3500 express to a local shop not chevy dealer 98 dollars later they had no clue what the problem was, so i brought it to the dealer i bought it from they replaced fuse box in engine compartment and suggested replace key fob battery last van had 230,000 and never replaced battery? picked van up and with in moving van 5' still had same problem. Oneils found the problem no one else could i know were i will be buying my vehicles from now on. need new pick up next year will be going to Oneils
Jose was very accommodating to me when I showed up with a problem with my wiper on my Silverado I had recently purchased from O'Neill's. There was a mixup with getting an appointment made, but he was able to squeeze me in and take care of me as well as giving me a complimentary car wash.
When a car is brought in for a repair and an oil change, any scheduled maintenance needed, or soon to be needed the car owner should be told so he can choose to handle the service on the visit, rather than need to return after getting an On-Star alert the next day.
I’m always happy with my experience there in particular with Kylie who always seems to go above and beyond and is pleasant to work with. One thing I am concerned about though is I received two totally different break reports on my last two visits the second one showing that my brakes were quite a bit better than they were on the first one! Wouldn’t that be great if it worked that way!
I have been using the services at this dealership for 20 years. Service has its ups and downs as far as this dealership goes.. Currently they have two service people who have a good understanding of the customer - dealership relationship. On this particular visit my repairs were done fast and correctly as promised. I would suggest that customers ask about discounts since the prices are a little bit high.
