I had a bed cover installed on my truck this morning. The service team was courteous, the wait was short, and I was on my way quickly. The overall experience was a good one. I've had two service calls in the past week and both went without a hitch.
During the original purchase the vehicle was supposed to be cleaned and it was not. At pickup I could see obvious debris under seats and in storage compartments (child’s drawing markers were found under the rear seats. During the recent servicing everyone was very helpful, however they failed to correct an intermittent failure of the passenger power window it still exists (intermittently) and I will have to bring it back again to get it corrected.
teh car has a vibration during some accellerations. The tehnician drive the car for quite some time. He arrgreed there was a vibration. After checking any GMC Update reports, only one reccomendation was found. That fix would cost me over $700, of company money. Needless to say, I will not be able to invest $700 on a 'might be the problem' fix. Additionaly, the ride has become less enjoyable with the vibration and roughness in ride. Its almost like the tires are too hard. The new tires are 2 month old original named tires, so now what.....?
We were hard to deal with when it came to repairing the control arm on our Colorado, and did not call back. The service team was very patient with us and followed up many times. They worked wit us to setup a time to come that we could make. Thanks.
